Toku Tsuru Drip Essence of Chicken Malaysia

April 20, 2019 0
As an expecting mom myself, I always look out for the best nutrients that I can consume to nourish my body and also provide adequate nutrients for my baby that I am carrying within me during my pregnancy. Now I am already in my 7th month of pregnancy at Week 27, 3rd trimester and I can already feel my baby girl kicking me every now and then.

At this stage, my body works doubly hard to provide the best nutrients to my growing baby inside me and this means I would have to consume healthy nutritious food as well. Thankfully I came to know about Toku Tsuru Drip Essence of Chicken!

Because my body is working hard pumping blood and oxygen to my baby, I require as much energy to help keep me and baby healthy throughout my pregnancy. Hence, after looking around for a good Chicken Essence, I realized that Toku Tsuru Drip Chicken Essence actually has a really neat process in its production from a Whole Chicken all the way to its end product.

I like how it has a really authentic flavour without the poultry smell from chicken and it's packed in an aluminium foil bag that is simple and convenient to bring around, especially when I'm travelling on-the-go. But most importantly, I can taste its pure form of chicken essence through its high-temperature steaming and slow-fire methods of extraction without being mixed in water!

The best part about this Toku Tsuru Drip Chicken Essence is that it is extracted from 100 days Taiwan black-feathered chicken and it has no added preservatives, no added artificial colours and no added artificial flavours.

Why chicken essence? Because it is an excellent source of high-quality protein and in case you didn't know, protein helps to build and repair tissues, so a healthy intake of protein during pregnancy supports baby's growth. Plus, I am also still breastfeeding my 2nd son so it also helped me maintain a healthy milk supply too.

In addition to the above, drip essence of chicken can improve iron absorption and mobilization of iron stored in the body. Did you know that it is also rich in gelatin which is also commonly known as a beauty superfood called collagen? With so many benefits, I don't see why this ain't worth investing in!

Taking 2 to 3 packs a day is equivalent to consuming 1 whole chicken of nutrients. And their manufacturing process completely removes fat and cholesterol content from the whole chicken. Hence, it is safe for consumption for children, elderly, teenagers, working adults, pregnant and postpartum moms. However, if you want to be safe, you can always consult your doctor's advise before consuming.

It's easy to prepare, just soak a bag in boiling water for 5-10 minutes and serve. Or you can pour it out into a bowl and heat in an electric cooker or steamer and serve hot.

Bio-Oil #sheisremarkable Mother's Day Malaysia

May 31, 2018 0
As a mom of 2, I definitely can relate to the drama and trauma of pregnancy. Especially when it comes to staying beautiful even while being pregnant! And yet, there's so many myths about using this and doing that or don't do this and that etc...

But today it's not about pregnancy myths because that will never end! Too long story haha, just remember it's all a myth so don't have to believe in it. Trust yourself only!

Today it's about those stretch marks or tiger marks or birth marks that we may carry with us forever as a mother. It is something to be proud of and also to help us remember those precious moments where our body creates life and lil hands, feet, eyes, nose, mouth, head, brain, organs, heart, body parts etc... However, we still would want to look good regardless and for Mother's Day, Bio-Oil Malaysia celebrates with their special campaign #sheisremarkable; It's an offshoot of Bio-Oil's year-long 2018 campaign #iamremarkable which celebrates the milestones in a woman's life!

#sheisremarkable campaign was launched with a special video titled "Remarkable Love", showcasing the unique bond between Yasmin Hani and her mom. Apart from this, there's a running contest until end of June 2018 whereby with purchase of the Bio-Oil 60ml, you may stand a chance to win a studio photoshoot and makeover session of you and your loved ones!

There was also another Facebook contest, where fans of Bio-Oil post snapshots with their mothers for up to 11 pairs of Bio-Oil products up for grabs inconjunction with Bio-Oil's 11th year anniversary in Malaysia! Congratulations to the winners!

The Bio-Oil 60ml is in a conveniently cute bottle where we can put into our bags and bring it along.

Why do we need these?
Because every pregnancy varies by each individual and it will never be the same pregnancy twice! Which is why it is always good to prepare beforehand a good set of products to pamper and treat our skin better.

Bio-Oil helps a woman to look naturally beautiful, feeling her best and amplifies the joy in being able to share her joy with others. The Bio-Oil also helps to reduce the stretch marks scarring and also keeps our skin smooth and moisturized. Because our body is working extra hard giving the best to the lil one growing inside us so we must also work extra hard to provide the best skin and body care for ourselves.

#sheisremarkable campaign is not just about celebrating oneself as a woman, it's also to highlight the support that she receives from meaningful relationships with others.

It is a remarkable product by itself that can be passed down from generations to generations. With it's unique formulation, Bio-Oil is a well-known and trusted brand ranking No.1 in over 24 countries around the world as the best-selling scar and stretch mark product including Malaysia!

This is proof enough how effective it is, with dedication and consistency in application, you can have a beautiful skin again. I must remind myself to apply, mommies forget easily, but I am proud of the stretch marks that I carry with me throughout my motherhood journey!

Lazy Saturday

July 05, 2014 0
Yes! Today is a very lazy Saturday.

The weather is hot but not scorching hot, even thinking about changing and heading out of home was really tiring. Imagining if I were to head to a certain shopping mall nearby, didn't turn me on at all.

It was just a lazy Saturday for me and hubby.
However, baby has been kicking me all morning when I was being lazy on the bed which I had to wake up and ordered McDelivery Breakfast.

Being lazy at home enjoying my McD Breakfast while hubby was outside waiting for his turn at the dentist, hahaha!!

Redang : Day 2

June 21, 2014 0
Day 2 : 21st June 2014 @ Redang

Woke to another awesome day, looking forward to breakfast!
I have this habit of making the most out of my breakfast meals at every single holiday trip. I just love it! The unlimited amount of food you can take plus it's breakfast (Eat Like A King!)

But my well-known habit is my breakfast style always end up becoming a DIY sandwich lolx...

Our breakfast was at Sang Suria Buffet Restaurant which is on the 2nd floor, right above the Resort Lobby. Most of our time here we were being seated at Section A which is actually nearer to the Beach view from above and it gets windy here too, atleast no flies...

Bad Combination : Bloated + Nausea

May 16, 2014 0
Today = Bad day

Had Tom Yam soup with rice set lunch at Quan Ice Cream & Coffee House Cafe.

The soup was soooooooo red... It was extremely spicy and definitely lacking of the authentic "Tom Yam" flavour I was looking for. The spicyness overtook the whole flavour of the soup. Did feel nauseated shortly after but it was not so bad I was able to endure it. Couldn't finish, left half the rice uneaten and practically 3/4 of the soup.

April 26, 2014 0
Morning had subway breakfast. So-so only my appetite...

Had a looooong afternoon nap. Woke up asked hubby for chicken mcnuggets and I just felt so lazy whole day. My hubby really treat me very good even though he tried to persuade me not to eat chicken mcnuggets but I insisted I waaaaant iiittt! He purposely walked behind to McDonald's n bring home for me. So touched!

Feel like eating asam maggi for dinner.
Been thinking of tom yam recently but not really a craving just imagining eating it but fear of santan ingredient n spicyness.

Measured my belly below the waist at 92.9cm / 36.57inches
