Durex 'For-Play' Mobile truck will be hitting the streets of Malaysia from 26th December for 5 days it will be on the road! Durex Malaysia continues its mission to help young Malaysians learn about intimacy and encourage honest conversations through an open, safe and approachable platform. 

Its roving ‘For-Play’ mobile truck which will be travelling throughout Klang Valley which is equipped with interactive educational games, live music, a bar which serves unique signature Durex cocktails and mocktails along with a product section to explain the importance of being safe revolutionizes sex education and enables young Malaysians to explore and learn that the first step to pleasure is protection.

An extension of its #ComeTogether project which kicked-off in August 2022, the campaign continues to advocate better understanding and the right knowledge about sex as well as drive positive behavioural change around the subject matter. This includes improving young adult’s attitudes related to sexual and reproductive health and the inclination to shy away from speaking about it openly and honestly.

Durex Malaysia aims to showcase the “positive reality” of modern-day sex and encourage society to stand up, speak out and spark conversations. I love its initiative to break the taboo surrounding this topic especially as an Asian, this is like a huge thing to talk about in public without being scrutinize left right center. But whatever Durex is doing, it definitely needed. This education is a must because the internet has too many unwanted nonsense that is just so messed up that we need a singular voice or brand identify such as Durex to speak up and educate what is right.

Durex believes that having open conversations about sex can help all Malaysians feel more comfortable, enlightened and supported about sex and all the pleasures that come with it. And I totally agree with this because with the right mindset and approach, it will help to educate those unaware and those daredevils who are super curious, to keep them safe and protected nonetheless. We do not want anymore cases of baby's being abandon or given away or broken families due to such mishaps where it could've been easily prevented in the very first place!
