PETPET New Improved Diapers

Was at Mydin USJ Mall today and so happen it was the laucnh of the PETPET new improved diapers. Since I am currently expecting at 5 months, I decided to find out more about this new design they have.

They were having an offer at Mydin USJ Mall in Subang Jaya and the price is definitely affordable! I still remember my mom telling me that this brand has been around for a very very long time.

What I like about this new improved design is that it features a non-woven fabric and absorbent material that is very soft to touch. It's also on par with toady's trend in diaper technology on the 'Fast Dry' technology that also includes a 360' AirThru system. This gives me the impression that it really focuses on keeping baby's skin comfortable and dry while gentle on their skin at the same time.

What amazed me is that it can lasts for up to 10-hours a day! This is definitely something that caught my attention the most! Because most diapers lasts a mere 4 to 6 hours and some lesser, however, its subject to age and situation too.

But with their latest improved design and technology in place, their PETPET diapers from size M to XL can lasts up to 10 hours. Reason being, chidlren at this age tend to sleep through the night longer.

Their Newborn (NB) and S size doesn't have this 10-hours technology but it is still gentle to touch. This is also reasonable, because baby's and infant's at this young age tend to poo more frequent; Hence, it is best to get them changed frequently.

The fabric material is really strong as they demo on the stage today. Gentle, strong and best of all is that it should not irritate baby's skin, means it stays dry even when the diapers are soiled.

The design of their diapers are quite cute too! Different sizes has different animal characters that represents their cute mascots - Bunny, Bear, Elephant and Hippo.

And like most diapers, the waist guide is very crucial for us parents to know what size fits best for our kids. The indication of 1-2-3 on the waist guide means :
1 - Perfect Fit
2 - Good Fit
3 - Need to change size already

I was lucky to be here today and was able to learn about this new diaper that I may consider for my soon-to-be-born newborn. I even noticed that they have a roadshow on ground as well with games and activities for kids like face painting, lucky draw and even a free baby bib for customers.

This outlet at The Curve, Damansara is the largest retail flagship store at 8,500 sqft, spacious and with a super wide range of variety for you and your lil ones! Babyshop, established itself as a one stop destination with the widest range of children's world class products of house brands and designing leading international brands, originated in Bahrain in 1973. They have opened their doors in Malaysia for a mere 6 months ago opening their first flagship retail at MyTOWN and IOI City Mall. However, even though it may seem new in Malaysia but it's range and variety, pricing and quality is too awesome to beat!

They have different segments in their store that ranges from the age group from newborn onwards. Let me take you through a picture walkthrough for your easier reference.

From 0-24 months

All until 10 years of age

They even have baby basic essentials, nursery furniture, strollers, carseats and toys for boys & girls!

Babyshop has over 240 stores across 15 countries! They even have it in Thailand too! What I really love about this outlet, is the Personal Shopper Assist that offers parents a professional advise and assistance in determining the best product to purchase. The staffs are well-trained and friendly too.

I'd definitely encourage you to come by, I spent my whole afternoon here and was amazed at the selection of range (I probably repeated the "range" many times haha), but it's too awesome! I bought a few bundle of clothings for my kids and toys (loads of toys!). My son had fun here, he was busy shopping and telling me what to buy for him.

The interior is really designed well, brightly lit and clean. The clothings were of different designs and cuttings. I notice that some of the clothings had a bigger cutting especially the t-shirts for age 4-5 and onwards. Because it was slightly big on my 4 year old. But I still bought it anyway because it's only less than RM50 for a set of 2 tshirt and 1 shorts, PLUS they still had the Merdeka discount on the tag when I went this evening (Tuesday, 4th Sept).

My son was ASKING BIG today, so he won himself a RM200 voucher to spend and HE went on a shopping spree instead. This is what we bought! The quality is superb! The hooded zip-up is my favourite! It was the first piece I took an interest in for my son when I first walked in. I have a "thing" for hooded clothing's, hard to find really good ones that ain't too hot/stuffy/thick, this quality and material is just perfect, can be worn in our Malaysian weather and even at colder places like Genting or Cameron, only RM30+! Worth it!

The pricing ranges from RM20 onwards up to RM50+ for clothings, toys and other essentials ranges from rm30 onwards to rm100+ (excluding the strollers and carseats lah, but got some RM100+ also). AND just stay tuned to their pages as it gets way affordable with further seasonal discounts!

My "ME" time of Mom's Day Out with Pigeon Malaysia

Was glad to be able to attend this exclusive event for mom's to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. It was held at Be Urban Wellness in Work @ Clearwater, Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with Mother's Day!

During the event, I was able to experience a mind detox through yoga and mindful breathing to regain inner peace. To be honest, this breathing method feels so similar to Hypnobirthing! As many of you should be aware that I birth my baby out with 5 birth breaths; And this breathing method is somewhat alike so it was easy-peasy for me hehe...

After the mindful breathing, we were immersed in the healing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls to re-calibrate our tired minds and bodies. During the session I sensed "space" and peace. Some moms even dozed off as you can hear them snoring.

After this mind, body, soul rejuvenating session, we adjourned downstairs to the Babe lounge/pool deck area for massage, tea time and introduction.
