This regimen consisted of using ageLOC ® Body Polish as an exfoliating cleanser in the above areas; the ageLOC ® WellSpa iO™ device with ageLOC ® Body Serum for three minutes, three times per week; and ageLOC ® Dermatic Effects twice daily. Each area was evaluated by clinical grading and self-perception at baseline and at weeks two, four, eight, and twelve.

The back of the upper thighs was also evaluated by instrumentation at these same time points. Participants noted improvements in their skin’s appearance within the following attributes for each area such as cellulite, firmness, contouring, tightness, smoothness, hydration, and overall appearance,

Still cleansing your face by hand? It may not be as clean as you think it is. This was what people told me before last time and it is true. I always thought, we can just be natural. Just water and hand can already. Like my video below.

But like a sociopath, it doesn't do justice to our skin health in the long run. Because I had shingles in 2018, it left a mark in my life that I knew I had to start taking care of my health, taking care of my skin, taking care of my body. Because I still want to be alive, young and healthy until my kids grow up, get married and succeed in life. I don't want to be a burden for them or leave them hanging unto life halfway, that is selfish. If I can choose, I would love to gift them a life that I never had, a much better one for sure.

Although many may say that the best way to wash our face is using our hands because it is gentler than many devices or cloth out there. However, this was before technology and science evolved. And in today's digital era, with such advanced technologies we have in hand, definitely we want to leverage on it to have the best for ourself. Which comes to why I am inspired to write this because, I was once a washing face with hands user. I don't even believe in cleansers for that matter.

Just a quick flashback of when I had shingles in 2018 {You can read here} and I had an unhealthy weight loss of 10kg and also the shingles breakout all over my body, front and back, my face and my scalp as well. The pain was excruciating but bearable, I basically attracted it anyways, I was asking for bedrest but I wasn't specific so I gotten my big bedrest for a month long because of shingles. But many people told me that the shingles scar was hard to go away, I didn't want to accept that at first. But when I saw how bad it was on my body and face, I thought alright, let's start learning makeup and maybe some skin lotion and stuff.

At first, I tried to do explore into the beauty niche and explore skincare from various brands to see which can help me the most. But after trying various brands with various ingredients on my face, I had different reactions and breakouts and caused my skin to be sensitive. And the pores on my face didn't shrink. So finally I knew, enough is enough, I was determined to buy my own beauty product instead and my first and only choice was Lumispa then. So after 3 of my friends shared with me, 2 left a good impression for me and while I was waiting for 1 of them to come back to me, the other 1 came first and I decided to get it from her and wait no more. I was damn skeptic then, I wanted to buy but not join. Because I failed at 5 other MLM before, ended up spending rather than earning or even making a difference in others or my life.

But I am glad I made the right choice because of the right team, it plays a huge role of a difference and I am glad I am partnered in this team and glad I am in this company that I now call my family. The above transformation is just 18 days and I didn't even use daily, I only use to remove make up, and the frequency is like super low because I was a housewife, so how often do I wear makeup? Maybe less than 8 times or lesser? But when I took my before and after photo, I was amazed at how my overall complexion improved! And I don't use any other skincare products cos of my pure laziness. Back then, I don't even know why we need to tone, put serum, moisturize or even put sunblock and all that stuff for? But thanks to the company, now I know better! I like to be well informed before making big purchases and I made the right and best-est choice this time!

Since hearing about Micellar Cleansing Water, I had the chance to try this 100% Organic Plant Extract of EVERSOFT Micellar Cleansing Water. A trusted brand for over 20 years, it always intrigues me to know more about this brand who is well-known for its 100% organic plant extract facial cleansers developed using Japanese Technology.

What I noticed about this EVERSOFT Micellar Cleansing Water is that it combines multiple cleansing steps into 1. It's texture is of water based, non-sticky makeup remover that is meant to remove makeup, cleanse, tone and moisturise the skin with just 1 bottle and 1 simple step.
