This will be the first carnival for MATTA Fair Selangor Chapter that is different from their national Matta Fair event that is regularly held at PWTC KL. This Carnival will be a yearly once a year affair that will invite everyone from all walks of life to come and not just grab wonderful bargains and offers from the Carnival but to be able to bring the whole family including your children to explore amazing discounts, offers, prizes, entertainment and feast that this MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018 has to offer!

I personally prefer this type of Carnival because the venue is the key importance, the parking is an abundance! The ease to the venue is very straightforward and you don't have to get stuck in traffic!! What is even better is that you can bring the WHOLE family, including your kids! They have a dedicated area for kids to play which is really really fun and super spacious.

The walkways along the booths are spacious and not as narrow or packed unlike other events or bazaars, you have ample walk space and it gives you more room to browse through every single booth here and offers available!

They even have a food truck fair downstairs the hall where you get to fill your tummy with local cuisines from various states in Malaysia. 

Outside the hall is the Animal Farm booth by MAEPs Agro Tourism Park. Incase you are not aware, this Animal Farm is located within MAEPs Serdang Selangor where you can bring your kids to come and get upclose and personal with the animals and reptiles here.


The Animal Farm and Farm In The City is two different booth ya! Don't be mistaken! Farm In The City was located inside the hall, where they brought their reptiles for you to pet them! It was, hair-standing-cringing moments for me. I bought tickets anyway for my kids haha!

I bought a few holiday packages myself for my family and am definitely looking forward to it! I spent up to RM2355 but I actually saved up to RM776 if I didn't purchase the packages from this MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018! That is ALOT of savings okay... Can buy HAIER Air Fryer already (which I did... lolx)...

Following the previous update on MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival that will be taking place this 27th to 29th July 2018 at MAEPS, Serdang Selangor. Today, I found out that KidZania will be a part of this exciting event taking place here at MAEPS in MATTA Fair Selangor very first Carnival!

Why Carnival?

Have you even been to MAEPS, Serdang? My first time there for this press conference and I was amazed at the GREEN scenery along the way! It's spacious and HUGE, a great place to bring the whole family over!

Some complained that it's "so far away", but seriously, you are willing to drive all the way to Kajang to queue to eat some meat on sticks (aka Satay) rather than bringing your family here to MAEPS Serdang to enjoy the MATTA Fair holiday/travel offers and activities that will be happening next weekend! It's also Malaysia's LARGEST Agro Tourism Park that is filled with lots of picturesque sceneries that is so serene and greeeeeeeen~! Super stress-free environment! This is a yearly once affair and this is the first ever launch of this Carnival where, everyone don't have to get stuck in traffic or have difficulty finding a parking, let alone your kids will surely be entertained! Because there will be a play area set up for the kids while the parents shop, and just below the exhibition hall area, downstairs is a huge carpark space where all the food trucks will be setup for the whole family to enjoy some unique food & beverages made by Malaysians. It is said that this food fair is special because you will get to taste Malaysia food delicacies from every state (eg. Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka etc) right here!

The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents Selangor Chapter (MATTA Selangor) invites everyone to start your vacation plannings by visiting the first edition of MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018.

As many of you are aware, MATTA Fair offers a wide variety of choice and promotion packages up for grabs with special discounts, crazy offers and even lots of freebies and giveaways during their events in the past. This year, it first edition of MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018 will be held from 27th to 29th July 2018 at the Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) Selangor. 

What to lookout for in the upcoming fair?

Firefly will be offering special deals exclusively for MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018 visitors such as 20% off from base fares for Free Independent Traveller (FIT) bookings and up to 40% off from online base fares for Group Booking. That's not all! This time around, MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018, targets up to 70,000 visitors to its first edition of it's carnival in Selangor. There will be a total of up to 150 booths and exhibitors, from local licensed travel agents, domestic tourism exhibitors which includes; hotels, theme park operator, as well as international exhibitors. It is believed that today, up to almost 80% of the booths have been taken up and the support from participating companies and travel agencies will extend business opportunities for its members and meet the demand of the consumers.

MATTA Selangor will also be in collaboration with Santai as the Official Travel Magazine for MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018. So do look out also for Santai as they will work on covering this first debut of MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018 from an editorial perspective through marketing and promotions via it's publication, and even via social media and other online channels.

MATTA Fair Selangor Carnival 2018 will be open from 10am to 9pm and admission is FREE. Just remember to lock the dates into your calendar from 27th to 29th July 2018 and head over to Hall D @ Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) Selangor.
